Description of Work: Pressured wash house and trim, repaired damaged windows and painted trim and associated walls... Even though the predetermined time of service had to be moved a few times, mostly due to the weather conditions. The final service was completed as promised...

Description of Work: They painted our entire interior 2,300.00 SF, repaired master bedroom tray ceiling & kitchen ceiling and popcorn plaster, damaged baseboards. They Arrived when they said they would over a four day period of working. They crew were so nice, Kevin Laird is great to work with and I would hire him again (in fact I plan to later this summer for more work.

Description of Work: Pressured cleaned and repainted wood deck. Replaced wood where needed. Came back to house next day as it rained at the end of the day he painted. Touched up where needed. did an excellent job. Would recommend KDL Painting.

That says it all.
Description of Work: We emailed KDL after finding them here. We were looking for someone to stain our fence. They replied, asking for our location and a timeframe for the work. We replied back and never heard another word.

Description of Work: Kevin and his crew were great! He arrived on time to give us an estimate to do all of the interior painting on a 2600 square foot home, as well as restain and varnish all of the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. The price was great and he provided extras that he did not charge us for. His crew was professional, detail oriented and thoroughly knowledgeable. Kevin was onsite with his team and his friendly, considerate nature was a pleasure to work with. This work was done in our rental house and I would not hesitate to use KDL for any future work we might have. Great job! Thanks, Kevin!
