I was first impressed by how quickly I was contacted by Chris Haines of Custom Remodeling Services when I began my search on Angi. He came out and looked at the work that was needed, got back to me with a quote the following day. He and his men were always on time, efficient, professional, personable, and worked diligently in the heat. The project was finished in two days and looked great. I was very pleased with the results and will certainly call them again for other projects.

After our previous contractor walked off the job incomplete, Custom Remodeling Services went out of their way to correct the problems with the previous contractor and ensure that everything was to code. We were constantly kept informed during the process, from needing to bring in an engineer for footings to how we wanted the handrails to look. They have been a blessing for us and highly recommend them.
