Hired to have Screen Porch built. Went with this company because told Lifetime Warranty on all work. Any issue ever came up to just call and he would correct/fix. Yeah right!!! After two years the roof line started to show a dip in it. Called and Emailed to explain the situation and have him come out and take a look. After numerous calls/emails and weeks he finally said he would come out. Told us the process he would do to correct the issue and said he would be out the next week. Well of course he never came and when we called he avoided our calls. Never heard from him and he never responded yet again to numerous calls or emails. Finally after calling from a number he didn't recognize he answered and had a bad attitude about the situation. FINALLY he said he would come out to do the work, and yes he did come out, BUT he didn't do anything that he said he would do to fix the problem. So still the issue is not corrected. Guess he thinks we are idiots. Instead of doing what was needed all he did was place some extra shingles on the roofline to try and hide the dip. Nothing has been fixed to date and we want nothing else to do with the company. I will pay my own money to fix the situation before I would have anything else to do with this company. Don't trust the Lifetime warranty talk.
