At our first meeting to discuss my project, Leroy Brown impressed me as very personable and very knowledgeable. He worked my up a quote while he was still there and agreed to do the work while we were away on vacation. He kept me well informed during this time, including photos, and we returned home to see a new, beautiful driveway at our home. We were very pleased with the whole process.

It went smoothly and he did what he said he would do, unlike many contractors of late.

Wonderful. I was very pleased with the end product. The floor has been in place for well over a month. It proves very easy to clean and is a super moisture barrier. It's also beautiful. The owner, Mr. Brown proved to be both knowledgeable and courteous. I don't know what people are looking for in a garage floor covering, but this epoxy coating is ideal. It doesn't get water trapped under it like interlocking tiles and doesn't wear away like regular flooring paint. It's worth every penny.

The work looked good, but there was an Adhesion problem. They do not correct their mistakes, and will not stand behind their work. I have unsuccessfully tried on multiple occasions to contact them and have the work corrected. It failed during their two-year warranty, and they simply will not correct the problem.

It went horribly! At first we didn't realize the Epoxy wasn't applied because the "paint" was shiny. But a couple of weeks after LeRoy left, the floor started peeling. That was one of the 1st promises, "it will NOT PEEL" it took many, many phone calls to get LeRoy Brown, Owner, back to look and it. Finally he did, and he actually did fix the many spots that were peeling. That is when my husband and I realized the difference between the original job and the patches. The patches HAD the Epoxy on them and the rest of the floor did not. I called and called for almost a year to no avail. I wrote email after email also no response. Finally, when I used a different phone, Mr. Brown picked up the phone. When I voiced my complaints, he said he would come look. He never did. This went on and on. Again I finally got him on the line, and again he said he would come and never did. In fact, on the last conversation, LeRoy said if I was willing to pay 50% of the product (remember this is the Lifetime Warranted Product), he would come apply it. I thought this was absurd, but my husband agreed because the garage floor looks so bad at this point. STILL LEROY DID NOT COME OR CALL TO SAY HE WASN'T COMING! I guess I am most annoyed because every month the bill for the loan I took out to have this done comes in and I have to write a check for the money I paid Concrete by Design for a job Not Done! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.
