+ -1 moreHe never showed up or gave us the courtesy of a phone call to cancel or reschedule.
Description of Work: Clements was contacted by me using email and voicemail. My husband also contacted them. We did get a brief email apologizing for not calling and stating he would contact me the next day. Never did. He sent my husband a text and said he would call prior to coming over to look at what we wanted done. He never called or texted. These contacts took place over a period of almost 3 wks.

+ -1 moreThey were great. He was on time, on price. I got several bids and he was not the cheapest but these people went in and out when they said they would be and did what they said they're going to do. I was happy with the work and the quality was great, it was a topnotch.

Description of Work: Mr. Clements repaired a section of fence damaged by recent storms at our rental property. The same afternoon we spoke to him, he drove to the property and called with an estimate. He confirmed our needs and repaired the fence for us within less than a week. We highly recommend Clements Fence Co. and plan to use them again when it is time to replace the fence.

+ -1 moreThey were in a real hurry. On most if the inside wall of the fence, the nails protrude about 1/4",... they used nails that were too long. Instead of setting the posts on solid concrete, they just put the posts in the holes, dumped in dry concrete, and then filled the hole up with water. Within the first year or two, the fence started to lean over, and some of the joints were pulling apart. Some of those joints now are seperated. Update December 2014. For a couple years now the fence has been starting to lean over,.. probably because they just dug the holes for the fenceposts, stuck in the fenceposts, poured in some dry concrete and watered it. If I hadn't installed lots of bracing on the side of the fence to hold it up, some of the fencing would be tilting over 30 degrees.
Description of Work: They installed a 160' cedar fence.
