I called to get a quote for a simple door repair (spring tension adjustment) and was set up an immediate appointment. The price was the lowest quote I received from all the vendors I called. The service went way above and beyond what I had requested. Mr. Lovett not only repaired my door, but did a thorough inspection and adjustment to the door as well as to the adjacent garage door. When I asked for the total cost, he asked for no more than the original quote. AllStars Garage Doors is my new "go-to" business for garage door service!

Stephen was pretty helpful and responsible. He delivered, installed the door and the door opener without a problem. He is efficient and reliable and easy going, he also went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied with the door.

Stephen was the 2nd estimate and we could not be happier we called him! He answered his phone, I texted pictures, he texted estimates and was out to repair the very next day. Stephen was not only on time but texted when he was 30 min. away. He was professional, surveyed the damage and left to go buy replacement panels, etc needed for the repair. Stephen's estimate was a good bit below the 1st estimate and most importantly, encouraged a repair (if it was possible) versus the encouragement of total replacement of door and motor which was the estimate of the first company. everything went well he arrived on time and even text me to let me know he was on the way. He replaced the spring and made sure everything was in working order and got my garage door working well again. He was very professional and courteous.
