+ -1 moreI thought the initial cost was a little high compared to what I've seen here and other places, but they came with an A grade from Angie's List, so I decided to use them. She came the same day I called to see the house and give me a price. We made an appointment for 11am, the day of the appointment they texted to change the appt time from 11 to 1:30pm - arrived at 2pm. Finished at 6:30pm which interfered with plans that I had. No choice but to stay till they were finished. Not happy about the change, but I could have just cancelled also. The work was done efficiently and turned out fine. Will try others to get another perspective as to cost, punctuality and finished product.
Description of Work: She and an associate cleaned the main floor - eating area, kitchen, living room, dining room, entry way, master bedroom & bath, spare bedroom, 2nd bathroom, 1/2 bath and laundry room.

+ -1 moreKeity and one associate cam to the house and cleaned two bathrooms, living room, and kitchen. Keity worked me into her schedule even though she was booked. She arrived a few minutes early for her appt for estimate and her appt to clean. Everything looked great after they were done.

Description of Work: Estimate and appointment setting was fast and convenient. Price was reasonable for first cleaning. She arrived as scheduled and spent 6-7 hours in our home. We were generally satisfied with the areas she cleaned (our children were especially impressed with their rooms). However, we were a bit disappointed considering the positive reviews commenting on her thoroughness. There were some obvious things she missed (refrigerator doors, entry door windows, vent grills). I do not think it was due to lack of time spent, as she was here longer than she expected. She may have just run out of time.

+ -1 moreShe arrived on time for the consultation, even though it was a quick consultation, it was easy! She arrived for our cleaning appointment on time, and was very thorough. I have looked for someone to clean my house for a very long time but could never find someone to be thorough. She paid attention to detail, and even changed the sheets (after asking of course). I am definitely going to use her again and again. Highly recommended.

+ -1 moreShe was on time and had all the necessary supplies and tools. Worked extremely hard with only a little break. I have tried her for regular cleaning. Very caring; wants to please you and meet your expectations.
Description of Work: She gave a free estimate and was efficient. Detailed spring cleaning for 8 hours. Very little supervision. I had a couple of things I was specific about and she happily obliged doing them.

+ 0 moreExcellent. She took her time. Even came back to re-clean an area that I thought she missed, and she had not problems doing it. Did not hesitiate in the least. She was most professional.
Description of Work: She as great, professionally and personably. Very comfortable about her, she also made you feel right at home. She is very organized, has a great, punctual worth ethic and does not complete until she feels the job is done. She spends time in your home as if she's always been working for you for years; she takes her time and does NOT make you feel is it you are on the clock. She's in the home home to do the work no matter how long it takes. She even politely asked me if I have time so that she can continue working! Excelltent! I was very impressed but her willingnees to stay until she felt the job was done. She would be great for anyone, especially for a single guy, with stuff all over (your basic bachelor pad), but she gets it clean and organized!! I plan to use her as much as she's willing to work for me!

+ -1 moreThe service was great! I got a free estimate and she came the next day. After the job was finished she set me up with service at a discounted rate every 2 weeks. My wife loved the service as well. I would recommend this company.
