Hd Landscaping

t's trully ashame when you spend $7,000 to get concrete poured and yard work done and the the hired company, HD Landscaping, stiffs us on the clean up. The whole point of hiring a company is to get the job finished quickly and have that professional look. Well, neither happened. As several other reviews have said both Allison and Henry are almost impossible to get ahold of, unless you owe them money that is! It took over ten days to get a response originally about getting them out to do the job. I have now called and left several emails about getting the work area cleaned up, there has been no response. They left the dirt piled up from where the form was dug out to pour the cement. The also left my internet and cable lines unburied from where they had been pulled up to dig the forms. They also took the large chunks of concrete that was left over and dumped them just at the edge of my back yard. So now every time I sit on my deck I get to admire the busted up concrete pile. If all this isn’t bad enough I was also told that one of the guys on the concrete pour actually took our cat saying he looked like a stray and that his girlfriend need one! All I can say is if you plan on hiring these people DO NOT give them their final check until the job is done, else get screwed!!!

LANDSCAPER DID NOT HAVE UNDERGROUND WIRING/PLUMBING MARKED PRIOR TO INITIATION OF JOB.. PHONE LINE, INTERNET, SPRINKLER SYSTEM DAMAGED. 4 MONTHS TO FINISH PROJECT. WORKERS LEFT LITTER FOR US TO PICK UP, POP CANS AND WATER BOTTLES ALONG WITH CARDBOARD BOXES FROM PARTS FOR INSTALLED DRAINAGE SYSTEM. FLAGSTONES THAT WERE PLACED FOR WALK WAY WERE NOT SET ON CRUSHED FOUNDATION OF GRANITE, SEVERAL HAVE SPLIT IN HALF IN THE 3.5 MONTHS SINCE COMPLETION OF JOB.

He did a great job. He is very knowledgeable, polite and professional. It’s also great that he can take care of anything from trees, to lawn maintenance and even landscaping. I have referred him to others and will continue to use him as well.

They missed the original date but did reschedule very quickly. We did not give an A rating because we asked for some additional soil to be added before installing the creek bed to raise it up to be more level with the yard and that was not done. Also the ground under the sod on either side of the creek bed was not smoothed out before the sod was put down and is now difficult to mow.

They are fantastic, and very responsive. They listen to what I want and are very service oriented. If you are not 100% satisfied they will do whatever it takes to make it right.
