Kyle was a friendly gentleman, and did pressure wash the front part of my driveway well. The problem I have is that he quoted me on a job to stain the concrete in my front driveway and also quoted me on finishing up painting in my garage. Total job would have been $1,300.00. He told me that his crew would come the next Monday and begin the work. Unfortunately they never came to do the work and so the $250.00 I spent to pressure wash my front driveway is pretty well wasted, because I wanted to stain the concrete fairly soon after the pressure washing. This really caused me to have very little trust in Kyle and his company. I never received a call back to say sorry sir we could not do this work because of such and such. Or either just be honest and tell me, "we are not interested in this work." I can say that I will no longer utilize Kyles company for future work needing to be done. I had used their services once before and was satisfied with their pressure washing. I'm am very disappointed in the unprofessional manner this was handled. My suggestion is to utilize Kyle for pressure washing services only and nothing else that he has on his card for contract work.
