Came shortly after I called. Very professional.

I needed a toilet shutoff valve replaced in my 20 year old home. I thought that the valve was soldered onto the water supply pipe and thus I did not want to tackle the job. As it turned out the valve was not soldered on. Johnathan replaced the valve and reduced the initially quoted cost by $20.00. He also then proceeded to check the water pressure in my house for free. I was 100% satisfied with all aspects of the experience. Johnathan was timely, courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. I will be using Adams Plumbing again in the future and recommend them for any plumbing needs.

The technician was very knowledgeable. He answered a variety of questions and was able and willing to give me advice on some DIY projects. His recommendations for other repairs seemed reasonable. At no time did I feel pressured to have additional repairs done. I am calling them back to complete a few plumbing upgrades.
