Description of Work: They did major electrical work for a basement renovation and all of the electrical work in every room upstairs, including all of the outdoor electrical.

Description of Work: They installed a series of 6 to 8 new electrical outlets and installed lighting and ceiling fans throughout the house. They also installed exhaust fans in the kitchen. It was $70 an hour for his crew.

He made a special trip out on Saturday, and when I did not have exact change to pay him in cash, he agreed to accept $10 less than his quoted price. Everything looked good when he left. Only problem is two months later the whole thing came loose again and when I called him to return and fix it, he did not return my phone call. I had to pay another contractor all over again to replace the fan and fixture.
Description of Work: The ceiling fan in the master bedroom wobbled when it was turned on, so he secured the fan and stopped it from wobbling.
