+ -1 moreTHE REPRESENTATIVE OF THIS COMPANY GAVE US BY FAR THE HIGHEST ESTIMATE ($20,000) FOR A BASEMENT WATERPROOFING PROBLEM, WHILE OTHER COMPANIES ESTIMATES RANGED IN $3000-$5000 RANGE. THEY SEEMED TO WANT TO DO EVERYTHING OVER IN A MAJOR WAY, AS OPPOSED TO DOING WHAT SEEMED MOST COST-EFFECTIVE. EITHER THEY DON'T NEED THE WORK OR THEY JUST WANT TO GET HUGE PAYMENTS.

+ -1 moreHE NEVER FOLLOWED THROUGH ON HIS INITIAL VISIT! IN FACT, I WAS PLANNING TO CALL AND REQUEST MY MONEY BACK.
Description of Work: THE OWNER CAME OUT TO LOOK AT THE SIGHT TO BE WATERPROOF. HE WAS TO SEND AN ESTIMATE, BUT I HAD TO CALL FOR ONE. AFTER RECEIVING THE ESTIMATE, I TRIED TO GET BACK IN TOUCH WITH HIM BY CALLING AND LEAVING SEVERAL MESSAGES, BUT HE NEVER RETURNED THE CALLS. I NEVER RECEIVED THE SERVICE AND NO MONEY WAS PAID TO METRO.

+ -1 moreRICK WAS POLITE AND TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE JOB. THE CREW WORKED FAST AND THEY WERE PLEASANT TO HAVE AROUND. WE HAVE HAD A LOT OF RAIN SINCE THE COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT, AND NO LEAKS!
