For the most part things went to my satisfaction and I have not had any major problems. There have been somethings that were done or left that were not satisfactory. An outside shutoff valve for the water source coming from the city was finished poorly. Some of the work done by men assisting him was not done correctly. Hot water was plumbed to a toilet commode in a bathroom and this was corrected. One of the new outside faucets that was put in had hot water plumbed to it. This has never corrected. One of the 4 outside faucets here at my house still has hot water coming out of it. At the end of the work in 2010 I notified the company owner about the outside faucet having hot water coming out of it. There was no response. On July 19, 2014 I called and left a message at the office restating the unfixed problem. I have not heard from the company. In the future, I would make sure to be present when work was done, if at all possible. All work done should be checked after it is done. Wait until everything has been checked and double checked before making a final payment.

Very poorly. He dug without locating the line first, creating a big mess unnecessarily. The repair wasnt guaranteed, and sure enough, it didnt ultimately work. We had the same problem again about two weeks later, and called another plumber to fix the problem.

I didn't hear from anybody for a while, then was told that the 2 men no longer worked for the company and shouldn't have charged me. The owner said he would take the $125 off the bill when they did the work. He came out and again insisted that a wall had to be removed in order to do the repairs and that it would be costly. He said his alternative was to buy a big enough shower appliance to cover the hole in the tile and would get back to me once he found one. He never called back until I became upset, then said he would put my check in the mail. I still have not received the check and the shower didn't work for 3 months while I went back and forth with this company. They did not end up doing the job because of their unprofessional behavior.
