Your Exterior Pros

Not sure I can properly evaluate until we get a big rainstorm. Repairs done as scheduled, within a couple days of calling them. But not sure leak was fixed as no real rain since repairs were completed

Came out and looked at job. Told I would receive estimate. Received call 2 days later from rep saying they wanted to bring company owner. I said ok. Didn?t hear back. I called the next week and asked when they were coming back. Told had to coordinate with owner. 3 weeks late, no calls and still no estimate.

This company is very professional and does quality work. I hired them due to their reputation and their quote to replace my roof was better than the other 2 bids I received. They showed up on the job when they said they would and did a thorough clean up when finished. I am very pleased with the look of my new roof.

Your Exterior pros did a very good job on doing some wood repair on my home. Some of the water damage was also interior and they took care of that. Their foreman and crew was respectful and arrived when scheduled.

We just had Your Exterior Pros install a "Classic Galvalume" steel roof on our home. When we decided we needed a new roof, we solicited quotes from six different local roofing companies. Our roof is nearly flat with only a one inch in twelve inches pitch. Previously, the roof was done in rolled asphalt roofing as according to industry standards the pitch is too low for normal asphalt shingles though one roofing company actually submitted a bid to do exactly that. All the quotes we received proposed rolled roofing of some type and ranged in pricing from slightly more than Your Exterior Pros to almost three times the price (though that one had really neat professionally done marketing materials that I guess they expected us to pay for). Only Your Exterior Pros representative Sam Dolan (912) 250-4730 proposed "Galvalume" which is really cool stuff with a 25 year guarantee - Google it! Anyway, we accepted their quote, they did an exceptional job even replacing a number of 2 X 6 boards of which our roof is made. They also installed a large "Crickit" at the base of our chimney to prevent water and leaf buildup. Our roof looks absolutely beautiful - Classic! You can just look at it and know it will last forever (or at least longer than me). I have nothing but good things to say about Your Exterior Pros and I would highly recommend you give them the opportunity to provide you a proposal for your new roof.

I was very disappointed in quality of work I received. First they did not let me know they were at my home, just got on roof and began working. Had to have them back several times as the one leak they were hired to do fix did not hold even after multiple cans of silicone . Then I was informed by office person that it was another problem not covered by original price quote. I feel they should have honored the original price quote as it was for locating and repairing all leaks on patio roof. I must say I don't think the workers were qualified to do roofing and did not do quality work. I was very disappointed. I don't usually complain about service I receive but felt it necessary this time as I didn't want someone else to have same experience. Georgia B. I would like to revise my review of this company after speaking with Mr. Hoover personally this a.m. They apologized for previous treatment of situation and gave me full refund of my money without hesitation. Good customer service, Christy stayed up with us on time/date of repair as we had a lot of rain. Beautiful job and roof repairs looks like new.

so far the roof is not leaking. I have had this same spot repaired 3 other times and it always leaks, so hopefully this did the trick. also, the had to work around a lot of rain at the time and even worked on sat to finish. very nice
