I think that they are big enough to back up their guarantees.

We have used them for 23 years. They are very efficient. They call before the come. I called them when I thought I had termites. They sent someone out right away. I have never had a reason to think about switching to another company.

The same guy comes to my house, he's always friendly and professional. I hardly know he's there. If I'm not home they will provide the service then leave my bill on my door. If they come by and I"m not home they will come back to take care of the inside if I want to take care of it at no extra fee.

They come on a monthly basis. I don't see them because they just treat the exterior. Their treatment works. I don't think I've ever had any bugs inside to call them about, but they would come if I did. When you live in the South, you pay whatever it takes to keep the bugs out of your house. It's really unremarkable. Pest control is one of those things where, as long as it's working right, you're unaware of it.

They provide good service and I do not have any bugs. I do not have to call them rather they come out automatically to provide the service. They come when they want to on an automatic schedule. I would use them again in the future.

They are reliable, consistent, and we really like them.

I did not like the person that I had. I tried to get a different person, but they refused. I did not like the fact that they only came every other month. We still had bugs coming in the house after the treatments.

They assign one person, so you really get to know the people. He would come out anytime if he was in the neighborhood and check the rat traps just on his own, and they never charge me extra for that. They have always been very very responsive when I had questions and they do a good job. I am now rat-free and roach free. They are wonderful. They are very responsive to our needs and they do a good job. I always had just great experience with them. If I have made an appointment with them, they meet it. Otherwise, they just come over when they are supposed to. Whenever I have dealt with them, they have been extremely professional, friendly. and easy to talk with.

They are very good and I like them. Their responsiveness is good too. We will continue to use them in the future.

They always do a good job. Somebody recommended them to me. I pay them whatever the bill is each month. They are reasonable, dependable and reliable. I use them all the time and I will absolutely use them again in the future.

When we need anything they do it for us. When we occasionally have fleas they come and spray for that. We have them for a while and we have been pleased with them. They come when they are supposed to and they don't worry us unless they have to come into the house. They leave a bill in the mail box and let you know they were there. They are very responsive when we have issues. We pay $56 every other month.

We have lived here in Savannah for over 20 years and I have used them for all that time in two different locations that we have lived at. They are very competitive, price wise. Any offer that I get from another company, I know it's going to be a one-time offer where they give you 80% discount or something. Then they increase before you turn around. The quality provided by Yates-Astro Exterminating Service is very good. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

I have a yearly contract with them. They come out once a quarter and do a good job. I love them. I like that they call before they come, so I can have my dogs out of the way. They are very professional and very accommodating when it comes to time. I have the technician's cell phone number, so I can call him any time. I like that. He is the person who comes out every time.

They always leave a list of what they have done, and I always know who has done the work. Their price for the year on the pest control is $307 while the termite warranty is $175 a year. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

After looking under the house, the Yates Astro representative said injecting under the house was not possible due to the configuration of the support system of my house. They wanted to do bait stations and gave me an estimate for that. I previously had bait station protection provided by another company, and the bait system did not provide adequate protection to prevent termites so I rejected this type of treatment. I then called several other termite companies in the area and found one company which was willing to take the additional time required to inject around all the various foundation supports under my house. Since I wanted to make sure I got a good job, I hired someone to go under the house and watch the work performed by the other company. That company did an excellent job of injecting the ground under my house. Yates Astro was obviously not willing to put the effort that was required to injecting under my house and that the other company gladly did.

They were very polite and took care of all our needs.

We've had a wonderful experience with our maintenance plan technician and everyone we've come in contact with at Yates Astro. We also needed the crawl-space under our house closed off to keep racoons out and our dog in the back yard. A couple of guys from YA came out to do the work and while the weather and some unexpected emergencies did cause delay in the work completion, they were very professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend these folks!

Called them to come and spray for fleas. We have had to have them come back twice since and they have never complained. We have received very professional service and we feel like they really care.

Yates Astro did my termite inspection when I bought my home. They also have come out to spray bi-monthly for bugs and did a treatment and termite bond for me. When I got bed bug bites at a hotel and came home I was afraid I may have brought them home with me. Yates sent someone out within an hour. They put down traps and checked my room and mattress. They also reasured me that it did not seem like I had brought them home wth me. My regular bug guy came back to check the traps a week later. He also checked my mattress and gave me tips for the future. So far very satisfied. They also did the work for the termite bond and then allowed us to pay in instalments. The way they bill the instalments is a little confusing but the office staff is super nice and helpful.

Mr. Lewis (our pest control officer) is the one to ask for! He was always on time, very communicative, and I always had his cell phone number. Once, I freaked when I saw a black widow in the bushes...Mr. lewis was at the house in 20 minutes spraying away. During my pregnancy, Mr. Lewis came every other month and always asked if I needed any help around the house, I did have a light bulb out that he changed for me. Such a kind, trustworthy man. The termite bond guy did, however, show up randomly at 8 am trying to inspect. I wound up with the termite manager coming to do inspections because I was tired of the 8am wake-ups (happened twice). Jan was very helpful and did what needed to be done. Since we had a newborn, he inspected and was out in a flash.
