Description of Work: Randy (I think that was his name) was very professional. He arrived early and did a thorough inspection. He saved me thousands by giving me the information I needed to negotiate with the seller to replace the roof; and saved me hundreds by letting me know that the HVAC system needed servicing, as a result I was able to ask the seller to service it before I purchased. If I buy another house in the Savannah Area I will definitely use WIN.

Description of Work: Provided inspection on home we were in process of purchasing. Was responsive, punctual and provided detailed report with photos promptly after inspection. Wish he could have inspected roof, but apparently wasn not able to access...but overall we were pleased.

Description of Work: He was prompt, courteous and detailed. Walked my husband and I through the house and explained each detail that he was looking for and at. His report arrived within hours of the inspection and was concise and clear and included pictures of the issues for the owner to see and repair.
