The crew was fine. It took this 'tree service' weeks to get around to trimming a few branches. But my real issue was with Williams, and why I fired them, was the outrageous interest rate they charge if a customer pays later than one day! If you don't pay within the week, they charge 10% interest; that's 40% per month, folks! That's usury! And illegal in this country.
