Description of Work: I was looking for a new HVAC company for my vacation rental in Savannah. After a discussion with David Westberry (owner) and Angie's reviews, I was convinced Westberry was that company. I am a believer in service contracts and signed up with that after Josh (tech) came out and discussed the options. Josh was very very professional. We ended up installing an oxidizer in our unit upstairs to clean and deodorize the air. The work was done quickly and on time. Josh explained how the system worked. He also repaired a rattling noise in my system that my previous company had only pointed out! Westberry's pricing is very clear for specific services. | |Their diagnostic fee is under 1/2 the cost of my previous HVAC company who was always trying to sell me services I didn't need and had high turnover of techs. | |I highly recommend Westberry.

Description of Work: Evaluated a/c performance and cleaned unit and it has been keeping up with 100 degree heat since. The guy was so nice and did a wonderful job explaining what was wrong. I was really pleased with the service and response time. Fee was extremely reasonable and the professionalism is why I signed with the annual service.

Description of Work: I actually requested a system check from another company during the final phase of my house renovation. The technician explained how we couldn't safely operate the old gas furnace. They provided a quote for installing a complete inner and outer HVAC system. I started moving forward with ordering the system, but requested a second opinion from Westberry. They quickly responded and provided a quote with multiple options. The owner and I discussed my needs and plans for the house before deciding on the most appropriate option. After our discussions, Westberry provided a higher quality system with a much better warranty for $2000 less. Everyone within the company provided excellent service during every aspect of the project. I will only use Westberry for future projects. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: They were the ONLY company that we called who responded within hours THE SAME DAY our Air Conditioner went out. The technician who came out was very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He not only accessed and repaired the problem quickly but, he also gave us tips on how to care for our system and informed and set us up on a yearly plan to be sure our system would be maintained for years to come. We could not have been more thankful.

Description of Work: I contacted them initially to get an estimate done following a home inspection concern on a home we were purchasing. They were wonderful on showing up when requested (I was trying to do this from out of town) and getting their report back to me quickly. Thank-you! I scheduled the work to be done, and the technician was awesome, did a wonderful job, on time, etc. Very happy!

Description of Work: I have been having problems with my Central HVAC system on the third floor of my home. I called Westburry and they were there the next morning. They said that my coil had leaks and that it would have to be replaced. They quoted me a price of $800.00 to $900.00 including coolant refill with a 10 year warranty on the coil. When I contacted the company that originally installed the system, they told me that it would cost $1.400 for the service with a 1 year warranty. Although I opted for a 15,000 BTU window unit instead, I appreciated their professional, quick service and will definately use them for any further service that I need on my other central air systems. Very prompt and proffesional!

Description of Work: After researching companies to use, I set out to visit there showrooms. This company is ran out of a old small house in the Winsor Forest neighborhood. just too scary for me to do buissness with a company that dont even have a store front.
