Great job! They worked with our HOA and Town of Port Royal permitting department in presenting detailed plans and getting the approvals. From the foundation crew and the installers the room was completed with quality work and professionalism. The project was completed AHEAD of schedule! The best part is that our screen room looked as if it was a part of our home from the time our home was built!

Overall good, we had some rain delays but also some others where crew was not available. Took longer than it should of but overall, we love our new fence!

Never received a call, or had call returned after meeting at my home. Months, and months later, received phone call inquiring if I was still looking to have work done. I commented to person who called that the work had been complete for a long time already by another company.

Windows have been ordered and will be installed a a couple of weeks. Great company to work with.

The drain leaking underneath the courtyard was a difficult problem; first of all, the problem had to be correctly identified and then it had to be fixed. It was fairly complicated to determine where our water damage was actually coming from. Juan brought out some of his employees and they spent the morning trying to figure out what the problem was. Then they started to work; they had to remove all the pavers from the courtyard to get to the drain. Unexpected problems kept coming up for the next couple of days but they kept working away to get them solved. I believe our problem is solved now and we got some new large gutters installed to help with the water problem. Most people do not know that there are different size gutters and the first ones we had installed were too small. I would recommend that anyone who had a problem with drainage or gutters or who needs a sunroom to call Vinyl Industries first. They came right out and got to work and did a great job..I highly recommend them.

Very good. Worked with me on scheduling so it was no interference to my work. Did what they said they would do. Did it when they said they would do it, Very happy with job they did. I would have liked to have cut maybe 500-1000 bucks off the job but was happy to spend the extra for the quality of work and professionalism.

The windows were repaired for less than $200 and I had pricing of over $3000 to replace..

He was very personable and honest with everything that he was doing. He always explained everything before he did things. I was always on top of what was going on. The work turned out excellent. My interaction with them was great.

The service went great. Their flexibility in payment, and the guarantee of the product stands out. They offer a 30 year warranty on the post, and a 15 year warranty on the gate, so I thought that was pretty nice.

Vinyl Industries of Savannah did a very poor job while installing my porch and left my yard, house etc in disarray. I stated that I was not satisfied with the final product, and Vinyl Industries were very rude to me while speaking with me about it. They did large amounts of damage to my screen, and then would not replace my screen. At this point, I am looking for someone to replace the screen, and fix up the mess that was left behind.

After evaluating contractors, I decided on Vinyl Industries of SAV, not because of price, even though they were within 5% of the lowest bidder, but because they use their own employees to do the install. The other companies hired contractors, so you did not know the level of expertise you were getting along with the quality of work. Replacing windows involves going in and out of the house, potential for molding to break/crack, and alot of debris. The team was very professional with cleaning up all debris and fixed one molding issue that occurred during removal. You could tell the team was knowledgable and was able to overcome every obstacle they encountered. The front door installation was a major install, as the door, side lites, and transom come from the manufacture as one piece. The install was done professionally down to the details of rubber gaskets, caulking and cleanup. Neighbors have already commented on the difference it has made to the entry way. I will be using them again in the fall to replace the 10 windows on the back of the house and to also quote a new gutter system.
