During pre-construction talks about how to do the porch, Joe immediately was able to share our visions for the porch. Joe and Dave worked tirelessly and expertly. They were a joy to watch! The job went great! Top It was terrific to work with. They showed up as promised, efficiently removed all the old boards and carried them away. Just as quickly they brought the new material in and laid it all down, just like we had discussed. When the deck work was complete they helped me move potted plants and furniture back in place then cleaned up all around the work area. More professional than any workers we have hired in years, they were prompt, polite, considerate of our opinions and our yard. And unwilling to harm a momma possum and her babies who were very upset at having the roof ripped up over their heads. Preferring to help relocate the wildlife made my heart smile! Friendly and crazy hard working, they barely stopped for water. Our refurbished deck looks wonderful!! It feels so much safer too! 💥 In addition, two days later, our roof suddenly sprung a leak in recent hard rains, we called Top It, he came right away and secured a tarp on the roof, in the rain!!! Then he looked up through the attic to confirm what had happened.!! I'm excited to have more work done!

The room looks great! Top It Construction did an excellent job repairing the sheet rock you would never know there had been a hole in the wall. They painted the room. Workers were here at the time promised and work was completed by the end of the day. I'm very pleased with the work and will be using Top It Construction when I'm ready to remodel my family room.
