Prompt service. However, felt the total cost was more than agreed upon. Was told the owner would be returning my call concerning the total costs. He never called.

They gave me a second opinion or whether I needed a new AC unit. After cleaning the coils, the tech said I probably had a few more years. ( no quarantee, but nice to hear! ) They were prompt in servicing and will use when I need a new AC.

I really appreciated the prompt response. After 2 days without AC, it was miserable. A repairman came on Monday (after my Sunday post on Home advisor), quickly spotted the problem, and fixed it. He was there about 30 minutes and had the unit up and running. Price was very reasonable. Will definitely call Thompson's again if needed.
