Salesman Chris was extremely helpful. Customer Service was a 3.5 only because the day they were scheduled to come replace our A/C unit they were supposed to be there between 8:30-9:30 am and at 10:30 we still hadn't heard anything. We called and found out they had an emergency call out but didn't let us know they would be late, so they arrived around 11:00 am.

I didn't have a chance to shop around. By the time I figured out that my A/C was down, I was kind of stuck with the first company that picked up. It was probably overpriced, but they responded quickly, and the service was all I could ask for. If I didn't have a pet at home, I could've waited for my uncle in Orlando to come up, or I could've gotten quotes from other vendors that might have had a veteran discount. All in all, I have zero problem with the service.

Price seemed somewhat excessive for the replacement of the capacitor.

Everything was great beginning to the end and I will be using them again.

The guys that showed up were courteous and the work they did was good. They had to call a third person to give me an estimate because they believed I needed a new drain. Which I m pretty sure is true. The third guy came by while they were here but I never received a estimate. 750$ for snaking the line and pumping the septic. The drain isn t fixed and I have another company coming this week to look at it.

Everything went great from start to finish, no problems at all they came on time they did there trouble shooting and found the problem and took care of it and gave some advise and explained to me what caused the problems and what to do in the future to help prevent it from happing again.

I recieved a call right away and set up a service call for the next morning. The service tech (J or Jay) came out found the problem right away. He explained what he was doing and what I need to do in the future to keep our air unit running properly. He was very professional and cleaned up behind himself. He told me if I had any problems to call anytime. I also recieved several phone calls from the office checking on the work that was done.
