Travis was very professional, explaining what work would be done and also going over additional work that could be required once he had the fixtures removed. I was impressed with the timely manner the work was completed and was very appreciative of the extra effort he took with making sure the area was cleaned up after he was done. Tech was honest and up front with pricing and the work being done

My service technician was Johnny. This is my first time using Thompson & Thompson services. I can certainly say it will not be my last. My technician showed up right on time and listened very well to the problems I was experiencing with my unit. He looked at the unit and diagnosed the issue right away. I was very worried this was going to cost a small fortune. Johnny gave me two options, one that would cost me a ton of money and the other being the most cost efficient route to take. I've called other companies, some of which would just never show up. Others could not even diagnose the problem, but still charge! My technician Johnny was very polite and patient. He was very knowledgable and explained the problem thoroughly, and in a manner that was easy to understand. Don't hesitate to use this company. They are A1 in my book. I will be sure to recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work. Thank you so much Thompson & Thompson, and especially my Tech, Johnny!

This was my first experience with Thompson & Thompson. Two of the four HVAC systems in our house needed replacement, so I used HomeAdvisor's recommendations along with personal experience to solicit proposals. Chris, a very personable and knowledgeable young man, made an appointment, surveyed the equipment and location, and provided a written proposal with several options for each system within hours. After the proposal was accepted an appointment for installation was set for a few days later. John, an equally impressive young man, led the installation, which included removal of the old equipment. He and his helpers arrived on time and in a new looking specialized truck. That sounds trite, but some service groups drive vehicles that are embarrassing to have in your driveway. They finished both installations within two long days and took away all packaging and old equipment. Of course, the systems were only recently installed, but they started up with no issues. Long term is unknown, but based on experience so far I have no concerns that Thompson & Thompson will handle any problems that arise.

No foolishness no trickery no lying like some i have dealt with in the past. They say what it is fix it and charge you a reasonable amount to fix it. I am so satisfied with this company.
