Description of Work: Troy is a superb picture framer. He is prompt and very professional, taking great care to ensure that he understands exactly what the client wants. He usually offers helpful suggestions. The work has been ready on time and at reasonable prices. We used his service previously when a large picture framed in a New York gallery fell off the wall when the framing wires pulled out of the frame. Troy promptly and invisibly repaired the mess; again very reasonably. Additionally, the gallery portion of the business, has gorgeous painting in many media as well a beautiful sculptures most with southern flavours.
