Tech Yeah Computer Repair

Mike and Adam and all the guys at Tech Yeah (Islands and Downtown Savannah locations) are super to work with. They were very patient is letting me describe what I thought I needed and then gave me thoughtful advice. I did not have to spend the money I thought I would for this project. Their service is prompt and well done. I definitely recommend them for any computer service.

GREAT! Chris was on time and very professional, listened to the problem and what we had already done to diagnose and solve it without success. He then told us what issues he would be looking for as he ran various diagnostics. As each was run, he gave us an update on his findings. After all of the information was in, it was determined that my computer was damaged, likely due to the early morning violent thunderstorm on 8/22. This was the first day the connectivity issues were noted. I live on Wilmington Island and support local businesses at every opportunity possible. I am happy to know that LOCAL tech support is available in-home when it is not practical to take equipment in to the shop. Also...the senior citizen discount is greatly appreciated!

Overall, my experience with James and Adam was terrific! Being pretty good with computers myself, I didn't really want to take it anywhere, but I felt completely comfortable leaving it it the shop. I knew they would do what they could to attempt to bring my MacBook Pro back to life. Adam worked on it for days, and when I spoke to him on the phone, the news, alas, was not good. The logic/mother board had been damaged. Adam gave me a several very sensible recommendations, but in the end, the decision was made to replace the MBP rather than overhaul it at a great expense. When I went to pick up the computer, James and I spoke briefly again about it. He offered data recovery services, as well as recycling of the old MacBook Pro.It's a fact that eventually, some of us are going to need computer help at some time or another.What's really COMFORTING to know is that Tech Yeah is there to provide outstanding service.Thanks again, Guys!

I needed a repair on a backup laptop that had stop working,they check it out out for free and told me it needed a new motherboard,so elected to have my data and files transfer to a new laptop which they took care of in a very short time,

Computer would not work...could get online but that was all. Could not receive or send emails, no browsing, nothing.Tech Yeah had my computer for a full day with the diagnosis of "Nothing is wrong with your computer". After checking all systems.etc. "no problems found". The fee was $00.00..I insisted on paying something . These guys refused any money. They said all diagnostic work if free...In this day and time...I thought they were kidding....At home when I turned the computer on the screen stated "keyboard failure".That screen never came up before the guys worked on it so actually they did more that a diagnostic test...I called them the next day and was advised to go buy a new cheap keyboard which I did....Problem was solved with a new keyboard
