I began working with Russ several years ago while planning an eventual move across the country to Savannah. Russ took the time to help me learn about the different neighborhoods in Savannah. You would expect any realtor to have a knowledge of the local area, but where they usually fall short is communication. Gia is absolutely the best! Working with Gia was an absolute delight! We live in Utah and wanted to buy a second home in Savannah to use as a vacation rental and as a place for us to stay when we visit. Don Callahan was highly recommended by so many people I know selling a home in the midtown area, who had a great experience working with him / his company. Our home was under contract within the first week of being on the market. The fact that Don is also a kind person who gives back to our community is the icing on the cake.
