Description of Work: The first time I had them come. They did a just a front and back door; just a glass door for me. I had them come back and they did the Vinyl- I've got a brick house, they did the Vinyl siding around the eaves of my house. Built a breeze way from my garage to my house and then I had them do the - replace the front windows of in house to high energy glazed windows and they are coming back next week to finish the rest of my windows. The most recent would have been when they replace the front windows of my house. That would have been around last April/ March. I did call around to a capable of other places and they bet them on price and quality.

+ 0 moreMade an appointment to pick out the styles I wanted with Ernie(owner). He was very friendly and provided many options and made some really good suggestions. Patrick(installer) came very promptly to take all measurements and was very friendly. The work was down in timely manor and extremely clean. Ernie also made a follow up appointment with to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work which is was. I have also already spoken to Ernie about future projects and look forward to have his professional team countinue approving the appeal and efficiency of my house.

+ 0 moreThe owner’s name is Ernie. I think he did a pretty decent job but he was supposed to give me the warranty for the windows because it is transferable to the new owners which I did while selling the house. I called them back actually the first part of this year around February and asked him about it and he said he had purged his files and it had only been two years. He didn’t have me on records and he didn’t have the warranty to give me and I was a little bit upset about that. His follow up wasn’t very good and he did a decent job but not a great job. He told me if I ever had any problems with the windows I can call the factory and tell them and give them his name and it will done as he bought thousands of windows from them and that to me wasn’t professional. First of fall he really wanted his money right after the job was done and I made that happen and I wrote him a check out. I told him I want the warranty and he said he would give it to me but he never came through on that. That to me was a bad taste in my mouth.
