It's been a few weeks now since we had our new roof installed and so far so good. These people were professional from the time they knocked on our door until the project was done. The installation was done in 1 day which was very nice.

An absolute pleasurable experience dealing with South Shore Roofing. From the first contact with Justin, to the last correspondence with Erica at the office and the dealings with the project managers (Brent & Kyle) in between, it has been nothing but a very smooth & professional experience. The new roof looks fantastic and workmanship top notch. If you need a new roof these are the people to seek out! Highly recommend South Shore Roofing!

My husband spent a lengthy period of time researching potential roofing contractors and the brand of material to be utilized. We narrowed the search down to three companies. It was a difficult decision, but now that the project is completed - we know we made the best choice choosing South Shore Roofing. We are delighted with their honesty, professionalism, communication, follow-through, knowledge, and excellent workmanship. We recommend South Shore wholeheartedly. One small constructive note for improvement would be the final nail pick-up on our grounds; this wasn't a thorough enough job, and so important for all the obvious reasons.

Great & Sufficient

This work went as planned. They arrived at the time that they were supposed to and completed the job in just one day. They were very professional in their work.

South Shore made this process so seamless, I would readily do business with them again in a heartbeat. Since this was a rental property in a different state, we were not available to meet with the insurance adjuster or see the daily progress. They kept us well informed of the progress with detailed photos as handled all of the insurance filing with the exception of the original claim that I made. They even revisited the porch roof to make sure the shingles were lapped beneath the siding on the 2nd floor to be certain there would be no leaks. I could not be happier.

South Shore Roofing was very professional. Their estimator worked directly with my insurance company and eliminated my stress. They took care of all the paperwork and calls to my insurance company. The job was started on time and thoroughly inspected during each phase. South Shore was very punctual and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

This was the easiest process. I was extremely nervous to have to have a new roof put on my house, but South Shore Roofing made the process so easy!

South Shore really did make my roofing experience easy. Tyler was prompt with the estimate and very responsive by text and phone. Kyle kept me updated once the project began and the working crew was efficient and cleaned as they went. I had a roof removal with some decking replacement and a new architectural roof installed. It looks great and I highly recommend South Shore to friends and family now. Definitely the team to work with!

It went smooth from day one. We called him and he came out immediately. They started in 4 days and were finished in 2 days. The new roof looks great. We would recommend them to anyone!

Workers arrived and immediately went to work removing the old one. Part of the group started to apply new one while the rest finished the rest of the demo. They were thorough in the entire job including clean up.

The provider installed new asphalt shingles on my home. They came in on Wednesday and started taking off shingles around the top and then they placed the new shingles along the top of the roof so that they were easily accessible. My home has a steep pitch and so the crew performing the installation had to be tied off when they were on the roof. While on the roof the crew also had a member or members walking on the ground picking up the debris from the old shingles coming off and the wrapping material from the new ones going on. The crew was very thorough when picking up the debris and used big magnets with wheels to get the metal pieces and screw or nails that came off of the roof. I would recommend this group to anyone having to replace a roof. The customer service that was shown to me and my family was great.

The job was done on time and expertly. The roof of the house and the separate shed looked fantastic and they even went to the trouble of painting the existing pipes on the house to match the new flashing to complement the tile. They picked up after themselves and did a very good job leaving the yard free of debris. Anytime we had to meet on the property Kyle was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. Anyone around the Statesboro to Savannah area I would highly recommend call this business for your roofing needs.

They did a great job. Told me in advance what to expect and in what time frame. Stuck to the schedule and did exactly what they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves. The owner came by for a final inspection. Project looks Great!
