Description of Work: He was supposed to replace a fan motor in the air conditioning, when I asked him to keep the old motor he pulled off the job. He left my 93-year old mother in the house without heat.

Description of Work: We used Smith Air Conditioning to put in two new air conditioning and heat pump units.

Description of Work: Smith Air Condtioning Company was referred to me by a friend. I called Mr. Smith and left a message to call me as my home's H/AC stopped working. He promply returned my call and made arrangements to meet with me the next day. Mr. Smith arrived promptly at our arranged appointment time. He was very courteous and professional and he did a thorough inspection of my home H/AC system. Mr. Smith found that there were several really serious problems (I'm not going to go in detail) with the present unit which more than justifed a new H/AC unit. Mr. Smith left. I received a very detailed proposal the next day. His installation crew arrived on time. They were very professional and courteous. They were amazing, you could tell how they were confident working with other. They were a top-notched team and new exactly what they were doing. They wore shoe cover and covered my floor. They promply cleaned up after themselves each day. I have a large vaulted ceiling in my great room and kitchen. They moved the intake vent and thermostat from a short hall one side of the house to the kitchen ceiling behind a support beam. I thought I'd hear the inside unit working but you don't even know it's there and my kitchen and great room stay cool even when I cook for long periods of time.
