Morgan (owner) provides excellent service! I appreciated his opinion when I asked for help in deciding type, color, etc. of shutters and shades. He also installed both and did an awesome job. He takes his time and is precise. I LOVE my shutters!!!

Morgan and his team were right on time. That is a crucial issue for me. From the time I first called Morgan, he was prompt, efficient and knowledgable. When the blinds I chose were discontinued, he got back with me immediately to make another selection. When the order was placed, I expected it to take several weeks, but the blinds came in within a week and the installation done a couple of days later. Morgan again was prompt for the appointment and spent much longer at my home than expected because he had to drill through brick. It was a messy project, but they cleaned up after themselves and put everything was back in place. It was only on the installation day that I realized how young Morgan was, and I was quite impressed with his attention to detail and excellent customer service. I hope he builds a wildly successful business in the years to come!

Overall, the experience with Morgan was great but there are a couple of things that I wanted to point out to future customers. First of all, I would highly recommend him even though I will not give this business 5 stars. Morgan is very attentive and calls back immediately so, that alone, deserves KUDOS; especially in today's world of almost non-existent customer service. His prices are more than reasonable and there was no need to have him reduce his quote. My windows were custom and, because of the outward handle, he had to be very creative in the installation. The installation was beautiful and he did a great job. Where I was disappointed was with the quality of the shutter that I chose. I didn't know enough and I guess I expected Morgan to explain the negatives of the non-wood shutter. Yes, it looked like wood and is a better fit for the southern humidity but there are gaps all around the top and bottom that allows light to filter into the room. Compared to my friend's custom shutters (that did cost 2X the price), they look cheap. However, they cost 2X the price. If you are not expecting an extremely high quality and want to keep the price down, these shutters look very nice.

We picked out some blinds on Morgan's initial visit, but we later found out they shouldn't be used in outside areas. Morgan then got together with his supplier to find outdoor shades/blinds that he could now offer to his clients. We picked out new shades and they were available for installation within a few weeks. The installation process took a few hours and the shades look great. The only negative is the price. The shades seemed a bit pricey, but it may have to do with them being for outside use. This was our second time using this company and I would highly recommend them to others.

It went very well. The blinds were installed on a Saturday afternoon. The installer was running a little late but called to update me on the time he would be here.

Morgan was professional throughout the installation, he delivered ahead of schedule.

Morgan arrived right on time. He was very polite and professional. He did an excellent job installing the blinds. I was struggling making custard and he even gave me tips on that. This is the second time I have used this company and will use them again.
