Sarah's Cleaning Service

Sarah has been cleaning our offices for several years. I highly recommend her! Her work is always impeccable and her rates are great. Sarah is always very communicative and easy to reach. Her work is meticulous; we've never had a complaint. I trust her implicitly; she's very honest and always alerts us to any concerns. It's hard to find good reliable help in Savannah and I'm so glad we have found her. I'm happy to provide a personal reference for anyone who needs it.

Sarah was with me for close to four years. I was happy UNTIL she hired on extra help to double her business and make more money. I had MORE BROKEN THINGS in the two months, with her new helpers, than in the four years Sarah worked alone. In fact, Sarah never broke one thing. The new help rummaged through drawers, broke things INCLUDING THE LEG OF AN VALUABLE ANTIQUE TABLE. When I complained about the table, SARAH QUIT ME. She never replaced one single thing that her helpers broke. And she lied about who broke stuff. Not very trustworthy. She didn't offer to repair the antique table. Her solution was to quit me. In their rush to get to the next job they rushed through my house. Who can do a 3bedrm, 2 bath house in 59 minutes???

Sarah is always professional on time & great at communicating with her clients. She is reasonably priced for the services she provides and she's worth every penny! Added bonus, she is great with pets!

Sarah did a great job and worked very efficiently. She took care of all the cleaning we needed prior to moving in and was very easy to schedule with. I will use her again in the future.

Sarah's does a thorough job.They are dependable and trustworthy.After a couple of years cleaning our home.I gave Sarah the opportunity to clean our offices and that is going just as good.

I was a little disappointed. I read the reviews and trusted them. Sarah arrived a few minutes early with another girl. As soon as they arrived the other girl disappeared. She went directly upstairs to start cleaning without a word. It made me a little nervous. I didn't know if I should go up there with her or not. After a few minutes of conversation with Sarah she went up stairs as well so I relaxed a little. After all was completed Sarah quoted me a price of $100. They were only here 1 1/2 hours. I thought it was due to a first time cleaning and having to do a little more. She and I discussed having a schedule and she stated that she would call me during the weekend to set one up. No call. I called her on Monday and she said she had a lot going on and didn't get a chance to call. I asked her what the continuing price would be and she stated $100. I mentioned that she was only here 1 1/2 hours the last time and she said that she was charging me the 3 hour price because if one person instead of 2 were cleaning it would have taken 3 hours. It doesn't state this on the paperwork that she gives to you. To make matters worse the other girl who was dusting the family room didn't dust the bottom shelves of the coffee tables. A few hours after they left I looked down to see dust and a few dog hairs that would normally be picked up with a duster. I suggested to Sarah that maybe she should inspect the work after they are finished to insure that it is done properly. When you are paying someone for services you expect to get your money's worth. That's all I ask.

Sarah was very thorough and efficient, and friendly and gracious in the process. She is flexible with services provided and very reasonably priced for her level of professionalism. I would easily recommend her to friends and family.

Sarah was fantastic and was able to clean my house in great detail, much more than I thought was possible in two hours. The floors and bathrooms are my least favorite to clean, and they were spotless. She was so efficient she even had time for a few little extras I wasn't expecting!

Sarah is always on time and is very helpful if we need to rearrange our schedules. She is easy to work with and dependable. Her work is always done well and within time limit she gives us. We could not be happier! We have used her for 6 months so far and plan to continue to stay with Sarah! She is the best! A+++

I have been using Sarah for well over a year, twice a month. She is so reliable and has her system down so that I just go in my office and let her do her thing. I never have to worry that she will do less than an excellent job. She helps me with extra things; changes the bed linen, folds laundry; I ask and she cheerfully does what I need. When I was ill earlier in the year she even stopped by the store with my grocery list and brought them to me. And she is kind and attentive to my pets. She is also available for my 'move-out' cleaning at my rentals. Sarah is a friendly professional. She takes pride in her work and when she leaves, my house is shining. I am so lucky to have found her!

Sarah is a rockstar. Seriously. Both my husband and I run our own businesses so we have ZERO time to take care of cleaning our house. Sure, we struggled through it and tried to stay on top of it but we could never really get ahead...then Sarah came in and changed our lives. Oh. My. Goodness. Our home has never been cleaner. ? Got dusty fans? Yep! She'll get them. ? Grime in the kitchen? Psh! Not anymore! ? Microwave just plain scary? BOOM! No more mystery crust! ? Bathroom build up? Naw, that faucet's going to sparkle now. Aaaaand...she even does that little hotel thing with the toilet paper fold. WHA? ? Fur covering your couch? ON IT! ? Dust bunnies breeding in the corners? ZAP! The list goes on and on. I'm just amazed at how much better the house looks and how much easier of a time I have with my allergies. And when the weekend comes around, I can actually try to take a break instead of looking at a seemingly never-ending list of chores. Okay. So let me guess...you want to know about her? She's a breath of fresh air in a city where businesses feel like they don't need to return your calls. Not only will she call but she's amazing at communicating through text messages which just rocks my world. She'll let me know when she's on the way, extra availability, etc. Additional observations: ? She has a wonderful personality ? Her attention to detail is impressive ? Extremely punctual Honestly I could gush about her professionalism all day long. But I can't...because..you know..I couldn't keep my own house clean so clearly I don't have the time for that. I look forward to an on going relationship with Sarah and can't thank her enough for her help.

Sarah was very professional. Because it was just her I was a bit concerned but she managed to clean the entire house. Her attention to detail and cleaning behind furniture was great.

We recently hired Sarah after learning about her service on Angie's List. Sarah was responsive to our initial inquiry and was happy to answer all of our questions. She was prompt and brought her own cleaning products. She is an independent worker - I gave her a list of some additional items I needed cleaned, and they were all done. I liked the fact that she was honest about what she could perform in the time period allotted. She worked hard and was very pleasant. She takes pride in her work, which is refreshing to see nowadays! I would recommend her without reservation.

Sarah's cleaning services is a small business, with excellent quality of work performed. That is something that is often missing with other cleaning services that we had chance to use in the past. As I mentioned above, very trustworthy and detail oriented. Will definitely use again in the future, and comes highly recommended.
