I had a leak that needed to be taken care of immediately, RoofCrafters was the only company that was able to come out that day. When Frank arrived he told me that he would take care of the problem right away, which was good because there was another impending storm approaching. They immediately tarped up the roof. The crew that worked on the roof was great. They took care not to leave my house a mess. They wore booties every time they entered my house, and were careful outside of my house as well. They made sure to pick up any items left in the yard. The whole project was done in no time. This kept my stress about the whole situation at bay. I live in the historical district and take a lot of pride in my house. They did an incredible job and I would recommend them to anyone that values their house at all.

Very badly - their salesman was dishonest about services he would perform from paperwork to being on site while roof was installed. To this date I do not have a bill of sale or even a receipt for the money I gave them. The warranty came with the incorrect date and appointments made are poorly communicated within the company with no one seeming to know why. Questions about workmanship have been dismissed and I have not been treated respectfully. The man they sent to sell me the roof was not ethical and though he is no longer with the company they have done very little to make up for him. Overall the communication has been inefficient.

Sales Representative was professional and answered all our questions. We had three estimates and chose this company due to length of labor warranty, good reviews, and Angie's List discount. From time of estimate, to time of accepting proposal, the roof replacement was scheduled within the week. Tear off and install went well. Everything was finished in one day. Crew did a good job on clean-up. We had one area of concern after job was finished and it was addressed quickly, and to our satisfaction. We would use this company again.

At 7:29 this morning, Roof Crafters drove up the house, started putting tarps over all the bushes and surrounding areas. By 8:00 they were on the roof tearing off the old shingles. 8:15, they had a dumpster in my driveway and were starting to fill it. At 9:00 the crane truck rolled up .... but had the wrong shingles..... right color, but they had the Certainteed Landmark shingles, as opposed to the Timberline HD that I had requested. The manager looked at the sheet, told the driver they had the wrong load, sent him out and within an hour they were back with the right ones. By 11:30, all the old shingles were off, they had the new paper down, put some metal flashing where the old had come loose (they removed the old shingles with pitch fork type devices, and the flashing had to come off with the shingles). At noon, the sound of TAP, TAP, TAP, TAP...could be heard and the were busy as beavers putting down the new shingles. I watch for a few minutes, each shingle got at least 6 nails, as is required for 130 mph wind protection. At 1:00, it grew quiet and the came down, spread out under my palm trees and had lunch and a quick siesta, By 2:00 they were back up doing their TAP dance again. It was 90 degrees outside, forget about what it must have been up on the roof! Around 5:00, it grew quiet again. Two stayed on the roof, making sure it was done, putting on the ridge caps, covering the vents, etc., while the rest (I think there were 8 of them altogether) rolled up the tarps, cleaned the property picking up every single piece of roofing, every single piece of paper, every single nail. Then, they went round and round with a long magnet on a pole and made sure there were no nails left anywhere. By 7:15 PM, they were finished, packed up their gear, loaded up their trucks and left. The manager will be by a little later to pick up the dumpster and haul it away. Job done, in one day.... tomorrow, they do another house. Hard to imagine doing this day after day in this heat. It went perfectly. Manny was extremely helpful and cooperative. He worked with us each step of the way. He assured us that they would have the job completed in one day and they did! Good job and no sign of any leaking. About two two weeks ago Roof Crafters sent an inspector around to evaluate the job. He too gave it a very good rating.
