I had excellent results with this company. The owners Rickey and Will were professional and did exactly what they said they would do. They kept me informed at every stage and worked with me on the design. I called for a bid when I realized leaks in the shower and toilet areas were going to require a full restoration and remodel. They warned me ahead of time of the potential for hidden damage as they demolished the floor and worked quickly to restore the area when three beams had to be removed and replaced. Every sub that came in was polite and professional and worked very hard. They cleaned up their mess and took care to cover my furniture. The price was good and the upgrades I initiated were effortlessly accommodated. I plan to use them in the future and recommend them without reservation. The only thing they left behind was a very happy client and a beautiful bath.

Our experience with RNR was more than excellent. Rick gave us a written estimate within a few days and he stuck to it, he did not go over budget. He listened to what we wanted and he ordered the doors and windows for us. He found siding that matched the existing siding. Every time we called Rick with a question he answered the phone. I don't think I ever had to leave a voice message. He worked with a very difficult city zoning office and handled all the permits for us. When there was a delay due to winter weather, he called or texted me. He never left us hanging, wondering what was happening. His workers were polite, quiet, and cleaned up after themselves. My husband works nights and sleeps days and they were very considerate of this. The quality of work is very good. I will positively use this company again.

After a break-in at my house, Ricky came by within an hour of me calling him to give me an estimate. He gave me honest options and has kept his word. His service was prompt, and of good quality.

Ricky was great from the very beginning. I called him on the phone and left a message, he returned my call the very same day. He was very nice and helpful. He showed up when he said he would and his crew finished in the amount of time that he said that it would take. We had one small issue with the install and Ricky and his crew did not hesitate to come back and fix it and did it at no extra charge. He was very professional and did great work at an extremely reasonable price. I would definatly use him again and would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends or family.

I'll bottom line this review up top: these guys do what they say they're going to do when they say they're going to do it at a fair cost and on schedule with some aspects often ahead of schedule. Mr. Greer and company are a top notch group for all of your home improvement needs. First and foremost, and very unique in the industry, they are extremely punctual and accessible by phone, text, or e-mail. Rickey Greer always answers his phone or calls you back within a few minutes. The proposal process was great with Rickey and Will both making great suggestions and demonstrating flexibility while building a scope of work for our renovations within our budget. Once this was agreed upon, his crews showed up exactly when we had scheduled. I was onsite a good bit of the time and his crews were professional, neat, and extremely efficient. I got to know many of the company's craftsmen and they seemed to genuinely like the work they were doing and felt respected by the company's management, who in turn seemed to treat them well. This might not ultimately be an important aspect to some people, but it demonstrated to me the good health of the company and suggested to me that there was good morale, which ultimately leads to successful outcomes. All phases of our project were either competed on schedule or a few days ahead of schedule. Subcontractors for accompanying plumbing and electrical work were also efficient and professional. We got great deals on our flooring and appliances through the company's suppliers. All in all, a great process, with our newly purchased house getting a thorough updating - the place looks great! We got numerous bids on the project and their bid was cheaper than most, but the quality of the outcome makes them a great value. Their prices are fair, and doubly so because the quality of their work is so high. We have since moved in and are continuing to get settled. But we also have numerous other projects in mind over the next year for our new house. Mr. Greer and company will get that work - they've gained our trust and confidence.

The original bathroom had a single sink with a vanity that was outside of the bathroom (and was part of the bedroom). The master closet was very small and did not function well. Absolutely everything was removed down to the studs and then reframed. The new master bath now has 2 sinks and a very custom and very functional closet. We have 2 pocket doors that help maximize the space. One door goes into the bathroom and the other is for the closet. I requested custom tile work and asked for a complicated pattern. Everything turned out beautiful! My master bathroom even includes a whirlpool tub now. Love it!! This is not the first major job that Rickey and Will have completed for us. About a year ago, they also gutted and completely renovated our main bathroom. They have also installed flooring (tile, wood and carpet), painted, installed french doors, installed and custom made exterior shutters, and done various other odd jobs. We have been faithful customers for the past 2 1/2 years. Rickey, Will and their crew have always done a fantastic job. They show up when they say they will be there. If they are late, they call. (I haven't found that to be true with very many contractors). Most importantly, their work is always completed to a high standard. Ricky and Will have earned my business and my trust. They are my contractors of choice for all my remodeling needs. We are a military family and will be moving away soon. When we sell our house, I have so much comfort in knowing that I can call Rickey and Will for any repairs that may be discovered in the inspection. Also, our 2 bathrooms were once the worst part about our house. Without a doubt... they are the biggest selling point. I am so thankful for all the great work they did!

I planned it so that when they started, I would move to a motel for a week or more if necessary. This was a massive thing for me and I could not imagine being around and in the way while these men and women did their jobs....oh yes and there were serious issues with the wiring too that Rickey and his crew found and fixed to my delight. Rickey is my friend now. I know that if I need anything, he would provide the help for me. He is the best contractor I've ever had in my life. He is personable and still professional. He likes to joke and keep things happy for the customer and still remain serious about his work. He takes tremendous pride in his work and it seems like all the benefactors of equipment and personnel have great attitudes towards him, a lot of respect. I feel very secure and comfortable with Rickey and his crew. Now in July, Rickey will be adding on an addition to my home that he and I designed so my relationship and the work that he provides is ongoing. I suspect it will continue to be that way and I wouldn't want anyone else but him and his crew touching my home.

They were fine. They are always there and they know what they are doing. They are clean. I am very happy with them. They cleaned up everything. The price was quite fair. The quality has been wonderful. They come when they say they are coming.

The service was fantastic. They did a phenomenal job. The workers were all very personable and responsive. I am still in communication, and I even invited them to my open house. They did such a good job that I have already started recommending them to others. Anyone that sees the work they have done is very impressed.
