+ -1 moreThese people need to grow up! They way they deal with problems is to turn on the answering machine to screen calls. If there is a problem good luck talking to a person the female (I think) who might answer the phone has to be a child because she hangs up on you mid conversation then is scared to answer when you try call back. What reputable company does that? Put your money with a real business with morals and better customer service because these people only want your money and DO NOT care what so ever about the people or service they present!
Description of Work: Terrible service, ruined yards has NO idea what they are doing! The worst customer service when there is a problem good luck speaking to a person. They turn on answering machine to screen calls. Put your money elsewhere not a childlike company with awful service and rude employees!

Description of Work: Lawn treatment for a large yard including shrubbery treatment. Very quick response. Initial treatment was for bugs and fertilizing. Will update on performance of improving lawn quality.
