+ -1 moreFor 6 months I have not been able to use my shower due to constantly receiving defective glass. It’s been one run around after the other. As of today 3/3/2023, it is still not complete due to a leak.

+ -1 moreAppointment was made at the office; they came out on time and measured the enclosure; called back and gave a price - which was in line with what I had expected ; gave me approximate date of installation ; called when the glass came in and set a date and time . Everything was on time and professional.

+ -1 moreThey never called back. In the meantime I found a very responsive vendor who completed the work in a timely and professional manner. Apparently Rick's Glass Co. does not value new customers.
Description of Work: I needed to re-install a shower door whose supports had broken. I was given a date for a service call about a week in the future, with a request to call if an earlier date became available. When no worker appeared on the scheduled day I called and was told I was NOT on their schedule. They would not re-schedule a service call until they would again have someone in my area ! They said they would call back when this would occur.
