+ -1 moreI hired this vendor for two different buildings. He was to provide flashing. His work was minimal, but worse, was that what he did do, make things worse! He charged about $1,500 for one building and looking back probably was 2 hours of work. Another was $1,000 for about the same. I was not on site. The guy comes across professional, and because he had past military experience, I trusted him more than I should have. Bottom line was that he was incompetent.
Description of Work: Flashing around the house. 2 different buildings.
