When I called for the estimate, the man that answered the phone was very polite and professional. He gave me a reasonable estimate: $65 for a second-story one-bedroom apartment. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment. On the service date, I was at work when the company contacted me and I was unable to return his call. I called him back as soon as I got his message and I rescheduled the service for the next day and informed the gentleman that I would be at work, but that someone would be there to let him in and sign whatever paperwork there was. The day of the rescheduled service, I called the company and left a message giving them the number to call when they were on the way. They never contacted me or the person at my apartment that day and they never showed up. I called the company and no one answered. I left a message but it was never returned. The company never contacted me about rescheduling or explaining what happened. I just assumed (as no one would return my calls) that the service was cancelled.

Our leasing agent recommended this company because I was unable to remove stains from previous tenants in our rental unit. Nick called when he was going to be an hour later than his projected time, and worked quickly and thoroughly. His price was very reasonable. He also gave me advice on getting stains out myself. Nick was able to remove 98% of the stains I couldn't.
