flooring contractor
+ -1 moreHe didn't put a water barrier down between the slab and the floor. The floor came up and he wouldn't honor the contract. I had to spend another $5000 to have someone else fix it. They said it was my fault for where I live. They promised me when they did the floor that they would honor our contract and fix my floor if something happened.
Description of Work: They came out and did my tile floor.

+ 0 moreI would NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE for my flooring needs. If all businesses were run the way the Poppell folks run their business, there would never be any complaints. Unfortunately, it would probably put Angie's List out of business. :b)
Description of Work: This company has long been a favorite flooring company for both commercial and residential applications for me. They have laid carpet in my church and my workplace, and now they have installed beautiful strand bamboo flooring in my home. David and Allen Poppell work hard to meet the customer's requirements and explain the very best applications to suit your needs. They also tell you the bad side of any application that you may request and help you make your way wisely through the maze of technical and asthetic applications available. In spite of some major challenges like uneven floors and crooked walls, the workers have done a fantastic job of making my floors look level and square. They are beautiful. I could not ask for better workmanship, service, or courtesy.
