+ -1 moreThey have been wonderful. The initial treatment was injected into the ground. The man was very careful and made sure to do it every few inches. Someone comes back to return checkups and I have so-far seen no problems.

+ -1 moreThe technician who came out and did the treatment was a very nice man named Wayman. My nephew went under the house with him and told me that Wayman very carefully injected all around the interior perimeter of the house and each of the supporting walls under the house. Wayman then injected around the exterior perimeter of the house as well as climbed inside the opened up ramp and injected all along the wall of the house and the garage. He also drilled and injected the concrete slab of the garbage bin area and the patio pavers up next to the house. He spent an entire day treating under the house and outside the house. I felt that I got a very thorough treatment and am pleased that I persevered until I found a company that was willing to provide the type treatment I wanted for my house. Orkin employees were competent, easy to work with and pleasant from start to finish. I highly recommend Orkin based on my experience with them.
Description of Work: After talking with several pest control companies, I selected two companies to come out and determine if they would be able to provide the type termite treatment involving injecting the ground that I wanted for my home. Orkin's representative Kent Blaxton came out and said that Orkin would be able to inject the ground around the exterior and interior perimeters of my house and the supporting walls under it as well the concrete slab of the garbage enclosure and the patio pavers next to the house. After discussion, we also agreed that I would arrange to have the top of the ramp from the garage into the house removed so that the technician would be able to treat the concrete slab of the garage which adjoins the house. Orkin worked with me and let me know what I needed to do to ensure that I would get the best termite treatment for my house. (The other company that came out simply said that they could not do the injection type treatment under my house and made no effort to tell me what needed to be done to make that type of treatment possible.) According to Orkin's website, they are the only company that has equipment that that mixes and measures the amount of chemical used to provide the injectable termite treatment. They are also one of the oldest pest control companies in the business nationwide.
