+ -1 moreWith this contractor, you set up an appointment either via phone with office staff or by email. I did this by phone and they said the owner would call to set up an appointment within the next 2 days. Three weeks later, no call.

+ 0 moreHe was a really nice guy and we ended up expanding the project. He is very professional and very knowledgeable. He gave to die for design. He has excellent references too for good designs. He is very responsive and provides a great service. So far, it has been good. The price is fair for what he offers.
Description of Work: We hired One-Stop Remodeling to give us the design work. He is estimating the job at this point. He has drawings and design work.

+ 0 moreScott Richards is the head of it. We have completed two projects with them. The first project was a master bath remodel. He is absolutely the most incredible compilation of architect, designer and contractor. He has an absolutely incredible designer's eye. He is not just a contractor. He is remarkably intuitive when it comes to design and art. He is as much a designer and artist as he is a contractor. We fell in love with him during the first project. His power is on the front end. We knew exactly what we were getting and exactly what we were paying for. If he has any flaws at all, it would be the completion of the punch list. He forgot to put door stops on the first project, which wasn't a big deal. He is incredible on the second project. It is a big major project with knocking out walls and he worked with what we had. We are doing three bathrooms now for less than what we did one major bathroom three years ago. The wrong paint was put on the walls and we didn't catch it but Scott caught it and realized that it was two shades darker than what we selected. He sent a paint crew out here yesterday afternoon at 5 pm to correct. He is absolutely incredible. We can't say enough about him or his major carpenter, Mike Griffin. He is here every day. We call him part of our family. I have 5 indoor cats and everyone knows not to mess with them. They are an amazing company. He has worked in homes for 20 years and they know how to work in our home while we are living here. They know how to work around us.

+ 0 moreWas very disappointed in his attitude and lack of response - no proposal was ever received. Newver heard back from them.
Description of Work: Requested estimate on a master bathroom and bedroom addition - I had already receive one estimate and was wanting another - Was told he could not do the project for the estimate I had already received - He made several measurements and said he would contact me in about a week with his proposal - Never heard back from him and he did not return my phone calls.
