Misdiagnosed problem . $350 per hour for 2 hours is too much to just run a wire between inside and outside units. Quality was terrible.

I purchased a new heating and cooling system a few months ago. I called them because the system was making a strange noise. The technician came out and discovered the fan motor and fan were out of balance. I was told the part was not in stock and would take 5 days after ordering to arrive. The technician came out and installed the new parts all were under warranty so no charge. The technician took an hour and a half to install. I was presented with a bill for over $1,100.
