Response time, scheduling and follow up was superb. Service was excellent and did exactly what was requested. Service representative (Adam) was key to our service contract through 1/2021.

Technician came on time. Provided bi-annual service to my pool heater. I received from the technician himself before paying a detailed service report with color pictures of each item he took out inspected and then placed back in place. Very reasonable service charge for the work completed

They were very personable. I really appreciated the fact they didn't try to upsell me on anything. I have hired other companies that seem to have something to sell every time they do regular maintenance; this part and that part needs to be upgraded or replaced.

I was very impressed with the response speed of Old Coast and especially the skill of Dan the technician. I put in the request to HomeAdvisor, and within a few minutes I had a call. By the end of the same day, they had been out, diagnosed the problem, obtained the part, installed it, and gotten the heat back on. Dan was great. I was impressed by his expertise. He clearly understood exactly what he was doing, and took the time to explain how the system worked, what was wrong, what needed to be done to fix it, and what I needed to do to monitor the system. I will definitely call them next time I have a problem. And I will ask for Dan.

Marc provided excellent work. We had system serviced and he was very thorough. Communication/feedback was clear. Very professional.

Told me exactly what was going on and what was done prior to put me where I am with correcting the issue. He outlined the costs so I understood why the cost was high. He gave me options that were not so costly but would not recommend them and said they cannot perform those bandaid fixes because of the quality of their work. He was professional and clear and knowledgeable.

Super Customer Service Servicing a Kerosene Outdoor heater was not something Old Coast offered As I explained to RYAN I was having difficulty in locating a company who could service my heater RYAN got back with me the very next day and sent the best tech ever, Jonathan, to do the job For not even offering the service to completing the job KUDOS to Old Coast Best Ever !

Very fast, efficient, professional and trustworthy. They outlined costs very clearly and explained things. They also gave me a few options to decide upon. It wasn’t cheap in my circumstance but I know that it was a good amount of money that was well spent and something I don’t need to have concern about anymore!
