They came to fix heater instead the guy that came to fix it called another guy to come try to sell me a new unit the guy fixing the unit act like he didnt know what he was doing all he did was vacuum dust all over everything I paid him for nothing because thats what he did nothing.

The tech was very through, went into the attic and disconnected the vent to make a better assessment of the vent then could be seen when the vent was together.

Good service - they got my air conditioner running again. However, they are expensive. Also, they were continuously vague on arrival time, and when I called, hour after hour, they kept saying, "the service technician is on his way", but I had to wait for 4 hours for him to finally arrive.

Ended up buying a new AC unit cause mine was old... very old. As I asked questions, they never tried up selling at all and were very patient, even talking me out of a more expensive unit that I didn t need. Overall A+++
