We hired the company in July 2015, heating and AC installation. Everything was fine until the heat didn't work. I called the company and they sent someone out (Justin, I think). The problem was minor, corrected with no fee. We're happy!!

We dealt mainly with Bryan and he was very punctual and professional. The company did what they told us and went the extra mile to ensure we were pleased with the result. Everyone I dealt with from Old Cost was very professional and friendly. The sales rep Brian Donaldson did a very good job explaining my new system and convinced me Old Coast was the best choice from all the companies I met with. The system was installed on time and looks and works great. When I encountered a problem about a week later a tech came right out and made the necessary adjustments. I can highly recommend this company.

If I could rate Old Coast a six star rating I would! They have restored our faith that highly qualified and competent contractors DO EXIST. After being taken by other contractors over the years with horrible results, this was a great experience. Glad I went to HomeAdvisor, and will come back to this site again.

Zack called me the same day, I told him my problems and we talked about my concerns and my thoughts. Zack was very knowledgeable About his Job and products. I wanted a newer heat pump and they came out the next business day had it installed quickly and everything was awesome. They also got me a $2500 rebate from GA Power. I am very satisfied
