We love what we do and do most work in house for great quality control and efficiency. We are happy to provide references for your specific type of project. We are licensed in Chatham County and with the State of Georgia. We also hold residential and light commerical contractor licenses with the State of Georiga. We can work compensation and general liability insurance.

Description of Work: Eric Oetgen was suppose to restore my house after it was flooded. Overall his work was second rate to awful. Mr. Oetgen had a crew of unskilled workers that had never been trained. There were 4 workers and him. One worker was a teenage boy that rarely showed up for work and if left unsupervised, he damaged my property. The second worker was a man who had never painted and because of this, he splashed paint on every service in my house. I am still cleaning up paint off my new floors. The other two workers were illegal Mexicans that installed my kitchen cabinets unevenly and damaged them in the process. I have found out that Mr. Oetgen had overcharged me $50.000.00. My attorney (Mr.) and a Contractor named (Mr.s) audited my statements and could not find any receipts to verify that the money had been spent. I referred him to a friend name Ms. (Customer) before I realized what had happened to me. Ms. (Customer) is a member of Angie's List so you can get a second person who had a horrible experience in using Mr. Eric Oetgen.

We have been fortunate to maintain a strong workload over the last ten years based on the quality and value of services we provide to our clients.
