Could not be bothered to call me back for an estimate, I personally won't chase a company to give them business and thousands of dollars. But it is Summer and I found only one company that was willing to give me a quote, and that was someone who saw I was looking for quotes on Angies list not any of the three including this company that I requested a quote from. Must be nice to do so well financially that you don't need to bother to return a phone call because business is so good. Congrats.

In July, McCall's was still new to Angie's List. A sales person was not properly assigned to check on Angie's List daily. I was hired in the middle of August as an inside sales coordinator. One of my responsibilities is to handle our PR/Marketing. I apologize again that no one called you back. I hope you were able to get your HVAC needs met. This company is among the most responsive and competent that I have ever seen. Fantastic at every turn - I highly recommend them!
