I purchased a vent free gas log set and I was delighted when they offered to put it together. When I went to pick it up, there was a mixup and it had not been put together. Lowe's not only put it together but they delivered it all the way to my home in Richmond Hill ! So I not only purchased it on sale, but they put it together at no charge and delivered it at their expense to make up for any inconvenience.

It worked out great! It arrived promptly and the Lowe's I visited was great.

Called and was told someone would come out for estimate, there was a charge for this but was taken off installed price. It was about 2 weeks between quote and installation. Two installers came and did a great job

It was good. We used a general contractor from Lowe's. I would recommend him. He replaced all the windows in our house. He was working for Lowe's, His name was David Lentley, but I don't believe he is working there anymore. He came out 2 years ago. Lowe's provided the windows and David did a good job installing them.

The service performed was replacing a shower door. When we settled on the type and style we wanted, the Lowe's representative we saw in the store pointed out the pros and cons of the various models. We had originally wanted a shower door on hinges. When the estimator came out to measure, he pointed out why we could not get that type of door. We went back to the store and found a sliding door that would meet all the requirements. The door was delivered as promised in only 10 days time. The estimator was also the installer. He called and we arranged a mutually acceptable time to do the installation. He showed up on time, with all needed tools and parts. The installation was done perfectly. He even laid down a packing blanket to cover the tile floor. The shower insert was installed originally by the builder and was out of plumb (there are no square corners in Georgia!). The door is exactly what we wanted. It is installed correctly and on time. We are very happy. The installer was Jack. A very nice guy with very good skills. I know Lowe's has lots of folks working there, but the sales person who took our order (Michael Gaither) was very through. For that reason, the transaction took a little longer, but it was correct. In the long run it saved us time. We will use Lowe's again when the need arises.

They were fine, just didn't chose to use them. Price was a bit high.

It didn't take them more than two hours to do it. Three people came out, a lady and two men and they were very professional. She went up the ladder, looked at everything, took pictures and came down. She showed me on her cell phone the pictures of what they had done. I was very pleased with them. I was very impressed by the young lady who was with them. She was sort of a supervisor. She is the one who talked to me, the one who went up and took pictures and explained everything to me. Of course, the guys did fine. She was very professional and it didn't take long at all. They didn't leave any mess or anything. They had spread out plastic all over so that things wouldn't get messed up. I had got some estimates and theirs was the best.

I will use them again in the future.

They gave me a 10% discount and were easy to work with. I have had a few problems with the roof but they come out very quickly.
