+ -1 moreBrought to Levy's two rolex watches: wanted to replace the crystal on one with an authentic Rolex crystal and wanted to replace the inauthentic face on the other with its original face. Both are under 15 minutes procedures for someone who knows what they are doing. After a few hruumphs, the salesperson brought the manager over whom, hruumph, informed me they could not perform these services unless I was going to have each watch overhauled - which neither needed. Had the work performed cross town today for $50 a watch while I waited. I will NEVER set foot in Levy's again. You can draw your own conclusions about their business practices.
Description of Work: Tried to sell me unnecessary services via combination of arrogance and fibs.
