Description of Work: Remodeled house & needed all new cabinets for kitchen and bathrooms. They measured for ALL cabinets needed. Ordered wrong size cabinets for one of the bathrooms and several wrong size cabinets for the kitchen. was also supposed to have roll out shelves for all lower cabinets but he did delivered them with stationary shelves at first. When they finally delivered the roll out shelves 10 out of the 12 roll out shelves were the wrong size. the owner is the one who measured for the roll out shelves.It took 3 times in measuring to get the right size roll out drawers/shelves. The work done was not good at all. The cabinets were put together in their store and then delivered to house. All the cabinets had wrong size screws in them so door would not close right. Got so tired of trying to get everything right that resorted to arbitration with the credit card company. Had to provide them with pictures and estimate from outside vendor providing cost to correct all things wrong. After 5 months of each side rebutting each others letter, credit card company gave us our money back. They would not have done that if the cabinets were up to good standards.

Description of Work: Installed new countertops and flooring in the kitchen along with a new deep double sink and backsplash. I selected all the materials, they had contractors install them. I realized during the process that their contractors were not necessarily that experienced, especially the ones that installed the backsplash. Sorry to say, after all was said & done, I would not recommend them. It was a very frustrated experience. Felt like many times they were experimenting. Owner finally had to call in his brother-in-law to figure out a problem created by the backsplash installers and he himself had to make some adjustments on the sink plumbing before it worked correctly. I still don't have the hot and cold hooked up properly but finally decided to live with it.

Description of Work: Excellent service by Lacey and Lynn. Had cabinets,counters and flooring replaced after a hot water leak in May. Consistently reliable.Just wonderful people to work with!
