They are hard wired in and he hard wired in the new ones. I guess when the house was built, they were hardwired in. They started going haywire so I had Chase just hardwire the new ones like the old ones. He did not take that long. I must have been okay with the price or I would not have hired him. I actually bought the fire detectors and had him install them.

I was very pleased. This was the second or third time I have used them. they showed when he said he would. He took away the old lighting for me. I did not have to worry about getting rid of it. He is the son of the owner. I asked for Chase specifically because I like him. I like dealing with him. They always send him out when I have work to do. The only thing is that he said that he would be back the next week. He has round bulbs in the can lights. He said that he would come back the next week to replace them with the right ones but that was when the hurricane happened so I do not know if it was because of that. He is coming out tomorrow to put the right bulbs in. I have talked to other people and they have all said that is an excellent price.

It was good. They've got this little thing that seals it from the water coming in the in-ground lines. They did a great job and were out here promptly. They got things taken care of. I think their pricing was fair. I never saw them; I was on vacation when they came out so to the best of my knowledge I would give them an "A" for professionalism.

I called them to schedule and they told me they were booked solid and it would take a few days for them to get to me. When I told them it was because I had no hot water, they said they would do their best to make it to me in the next day, and they did!!! The owner, Melvin, and his son came personally to do the job. They were friendly and proficient. This was customer service at its finest. I found my go to for all electrical needs in the future!

Problem was with Ga Power Service

I have used Joyner Electric in the past and have always been satisfied with their work. The Electricians showed up on time and began working right away, finishing the job earlier then their estimate. They were very professional and knowledgeable on the work to be completed and left the work site clean. My wife commented that the workers did not spend time "playing" with their phones and was very happy with the job completed. We have not had any problems with the equipment installed. The job estimate provided was the amount I was charged.

Great, They were able to come out the same day. It was the Wed before Thanksgiving and we had company coming in that night to stay. They were quick, polite, professional and fixed the problem. Will use again and recommend.

The office was very timely in calling to make an appointment. The Service technicians called to let me know when they were going to lunch and that I was next on their list so I had an approximate arrival time. The two technicians got right to work troubleshooting and they informed me along the way as to what they were finding or to ask more questions about what was happening. They were very nice and not condescending. They were able to repair the outlets and explain some things they did to prevent further problems. Some issues they couldn't fix because they are related to our pool lighting, but that was beyond their control. They were also extremely friendly to my dogs which made the less stressed out. The price was very reasonable as well and our outlets are once again working!

I called on a Tuesday and the work was done the next day! I've called several contractors with absolutely no success. They did a great job at a great price. Very very impressed and will use Joyner Electric and Security for any electrical or security work I need for now on. I wish that I would've called them first. I highly recommend them to anyone look for electrical or security system work!!!

Arrived on time. Has all necessary parts to do the job. Did the job as agreed upon in a very professional manner. Very pleased with all aspects of the job. Will use them again in the future.

Excellent service. The electrician arrived as scheduled. He was very knowledgeable and professional, plus he was a nice guy. When the job was completed he gathered his tools, empty boxes and the old chandelier and took them to his truck. He returned to ask for my vacuum cleaner so he could ensure everything was clean and vacuumed the dining room. Prior to his departure he took the time to answer my questions regarding future projects. I will definitely be using them in the future.

He did the work quickly, worked with our designer to make sure every element was just where it needed to be. The gentlemen who did the sheet rock work were very complementary about the care used in making sure the holes were small, making their work load easier. From their perspective, Mr. Joyner's work was the exception rather than the rule. He made numerous suggestions for placement of and options for switches and outlets, making the areas much more functional and versatile. His suggestions often included options I didn't know I had. I can't tell you a lot of the technical terms for the work that was done but I can tell you that the work was done well, at a good price, in a professional manner and due to Mr. Joyner's knowledge and suggestions, turned out perfectly. If you need an electrician, Joyner Electric should be your first and last call.

My Joyner was punctual, prefssional and patient during all visits. He carefully listened to our issues and requirements and made a recommendation to best meet our needs. He didn't try to "sell" us a larger system then we needed and in fact, discouraged our interest in a system that was unnecessarily overpowered and complex. He also provided contact information for two potential options to install the fuel for the system with the original quote. Later, when we were having difficulties coordinating the installation of a propane gas tank, he contacted the company on our behalf and ensured the install was scheduled when required. His crew was also pleasent and professional to work with and the area was cleaner when they left then when they began the work. They also demonstrated the system and its capabilities before they finished the installation. Mr Joyner also returned several times after the installation to ensure the system was working correctly, to demonstrate the system capabilities to my husband who was traveling during the installation and to answer any questions we might still have. The system has worked flawlessly since its installation. In fact, this past Thanksgiving morning when the power to the neighborhood went out, our house was alit with the power provided by the generator!

They are fine and we have had no problems with them. Anytime we have any kind of issue, they come right out. They are punctual and get the job done. We are on a first name basis and feel comfortable with them.

They are excellent. The price was reasonable. If he makes an appointment and he is going to be a half hour late he will call you.
